Q. Where can I get the festival tickets?

Ans: You can purchase the tickets from their official website or but standard tickets from a few selected outlets. Click here to be redirected to the portal.

Q. Where is Creamfields?

Ans: The location of Creamfields is Daresbury, Cheshire UK (In between Liverpool and Manchester). Please click here for more information on travel to the festival site.

 Q. What is the nearest international airport to the venue?

Ans: Liverpool John Lennon airport and Manchester Airports are both international airports closest to the festival.

Q. Who will be playing at Creamfields?

Ans: There will be lots of amazing artists playing at the festival. Checkout the lineup here.

Q. Are there separate Thursday and Friday tickets available?

Ans: No there are no such tickets available. You have to buy a standard 3 day pass to be able to attend the festival on Thursday/Friday.

Q. What are the entry timings for creamfields festival?

Ans: Car parking for all days starts at 12pm and closes at 9 pm everyday. For attending the performances, gates open at 5pm and entry is closed at 9pm for everyone. The performances are expected to end at 11 pm every night of the festival.

Q. Can we leave and re-enter the festival venue?

Ans: There are no pass outs at Creamfields. If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you would not be allowed to enter again. If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY. If you have a 2 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after Saturday you will need to produce the Sunday ticket to gain re-entry on Sunday.

Q. Are there any age restrictions for entering the festival? Which form of ID proof is acceptable?

Ans: Creamfields is strictly an 18’s and over event, and will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars . Spot checks will be in operation around the festival site.  Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-

o    An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,

o    A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.

o    A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.

o    An in date Armed Forces Photo ID Card

o    A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)

Q. What can we bring t0 the festival?

Ans: No professional cameras including SLRs are allowed at the festival. Alcohol is allowed at campsite only. No Aerosol based bottles, drones, umbrellas etc are allowed. For further information, click here.

Q. How much alcohol can a person bring with them?

Ans: Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed – e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24. Please note that alcohol may not be brought into the event Arena which will be enforced on the entrance into the Arena.

Q. Is there going to be parking at the festival? How much does it cost?

Ans: You can pay for your parking in advance from Ticketmaster as an add-on to your Creamfields ticket purchase. Advance prices are £15 for 4 Day Campers and £10 for 3 or 2 Day Campers. If you have not paid in advance for your parking, then you can pay on site when you arrive. On the day prices are £20 for 4 Day Campers, £15 for 3 or 2 Day Campers and £10 per day for Day Ticket holders. Day ticket holders cannot buy parking tickets in advance and need to pay on the day. Free parking is provided to Gold, Silver & Dreamfields ticket holders.

Q. Are phone charging points available throughout the festival premises?

Ans:  Yes. Charging Units will also be available be available in 6 locations across the all campsites and 2 locations in the main arena. You can pay for a one-off charge or unlimited charging and drop off your charger at any of these locations. Just drop off and they do the rest.

Q. Are there any showers in the campsite?

Ans:  If you have a Standard Camping ticket and want access to showers – you can purchase Club Class. This service includes access to hot showers, luxury toilets and pamper facilities which are located within the Standard Campsite. Information on prices and availability will be available in the coming weeks ahead. Keep up to date on Creamfields.com.

For those with Gold and Silver Camping tickets, or if you have purchased a Dreamfields Camping package, hot showers, access to luxury toilets and the pamper tent which includes straighteners, hair dryers, mirrors etc. are all included within your ticket package and can be found within the Gold & Silver campsite.

For those with Bronze tickets, your ticket includes access to the Hot Showers & Luxury toilets both of which will be located in the Bronze campsite.

Q. Are there any lockers for valuable items?

Ans: Both lockers and cloakroom facilities are available for the festival. The lockers are allotted at first come first serve basis so make sure to pre-book your lockers and check out the locker sizes check the festival website. Cloakroom facilities are also available.
