Kiefer Sutherland Set To Perform at Glastonbury
Yep, you read that right. Don’t double check, Jack Bauer himself is gonna be busting out some tunes and going all country music on us at Glastonbury this year.
Kiefer Sutherland, or 24 and Lost fame is one of the most popular actors in Hollywood and TV and in the eyes of many, Jack Bauer is the most badass character on TV.
But to the surprise of quite a few people, he has been actively involved with music as far back as 2002 when he started his own record label-Ironworks, along with his friend and business partner Jude Cole.
And Jude encouraged him to start playing his own music and they collaborated for his 2016 release Down In A Hole. Which was one of the most authentic and old-fashioned country records. With great singles like “Not Enough Whiskey” and “Cant Stay Away”, the record was met with fairly positive reviews.
Sutherland plays the Avalon stage on Sunday from 4.50pm to 5.50pm , in between Lissie and Lucy Rose, also two fine singer-songwriters.
Just released the video for Shirley Jean'. If you get a chance check it out… P.S. I'm trying to impress my mum. 😬https://t.co/1cpZwQwF0o

You can expect a blend of his own music with a few covers from the likes of Tom Petty, Bob Dylan and more,
